My 25-year professional world was great and global, but the routine and patterns were becoming too predictable. I asked myself the question, how can I grow, diversify, and share. This is when I decided to step out of my comfort zone and launch my business QARA Tech Solutions

Initially companies were reluctant to go consultant due to high rates, but this has changed due to Covid times and Lockdowns. With so many working remotely, and business challenges has led to an opening for consultants to fill.

Last Year I was unable to conduct onsite Audits with Global suppliers and manufacturers because of travelling restriction. As a result, I developed and managed 'Virtual Audits'. I now find this approach has been adopted by Regulatory Authorities too. This is an example of how I adapted our service to meet compliance challenges during Covid times.
